I want to thank you for all your assistance and personal care to the details. You really made it so easy for us to just relax and enjoy the night.

Sally & I would like to thank you both for making Sally's 40th a memorable night for us all. The service that both you and all the staff provided us throughout the night were second to none and we couldn't have been happier. The food, from all reports, was delicious and in good supply. The fact that Sally and I didn't have to worry about anything for the whole night was a joy for us and it left us to enjoy the night with everyone. All in all, Coopers Inn accompanied by your attention to detail gave us fantastic food, a great venue and a wonderful evening. On the 19th of July I was at your establishment, I am writing this email to express my sincere appreciation to the staff at Coopers Inn.

I was there for a weekend away with my mother, aunt, grandmother and sister, celebrating my sisters 18th Birthday.

We walked into the eatery area which was extremely busy, and had not been standing there for more than 30 seconds when a young female bar tender offered us assistance to find us a table to sit at, less than 10 seconds later another male (presumably the owner) had gotten up out of his meeting and also offered us assistance, even asking another patrons to share the empty space at their table so that we could have somewhere to eat. On top of this, the service was extremely prompt as the staff were aware that we were on our way to see a show at Her Majesty's Theatre.
On top of all of this wonderful service, the food was outstanding, with immaculate presentation and taste. On behalf of my family that were with me that day, I would really like to express my gratitude to all of your staff. They helped give us such a fantastic experience, which we carried with us throughout the entire weekend. We really enjoyed our visit to Melbourne (being from Sydney) and we happily attribute this enjoyment due to the wonderful service we received at Coopers Inn.

Once again, thank you for your wonderful service and food. Your establishment will be recommended to many others by both myself and my family, insisting that when in Melbourne, a visit to your Inn is a must!
